Raman Spectrometer

The performance and functions expected on a micro-Raman spectrometer are all provided with the NRS-5000/7000 series Raman systems, assuring consistent performance for rapid acquisition of high quality data with automated system control and minimal optical adjustments.

For application expansion, an automated multi-grating turret, up to 2 detectors and a maximum of 8 lasers ranging from the UV through the NIR are capable of integration with the instrument system, all optical components are PC controlled for maximum flexibility with minimum user interaction.

HPLC

The latest in a long history of innovative HPLC systems all the way back to the start of commercial HPLC in the early 1970s.

The concept of the integrated HPLC provides key separation platforms at 50MPa, 70MPa and 130MPa which correspond to conventional HPLC, the increasingly popular Rapid Analysis (RHPLC) and sub 2um UHPLC, respectively.

Each platform is supplied with a dedicated pump and autosampler matched to the operating pressure and all three platforms share common detectors optimized for high-speed 100Hz acquisition and the narrow peak shapes common to both RHPLC and UHPLC.

HPLC

The LC is latest development in High Performance Liquid Chromatography, meeting the key requirements of today’s analytical laboratory. Extremely Fast Liquid Chromatography

Highly sensitive UV detector 3070UV and Fluorescence detector 3020FP are available from Jasco’s vast experience in Chromatography. Fully automatic sample introduction system through Intelligent Autosampler.3059AS. Column oven with advance technology for extremely stable temp. conditions.

Analytical and Preparative SFE/SFC

Supercritical Fluid Extraction and Supercritical fluid chromatography system is smartly designed as a combination for both extraction & chromatography work. Best suitable for extraction of active component from natural products.

Switch over valves are incorporated in a system for easy changeover from SFE to SFC system. Jasco’s patented Back Pressure Device has a unique design for collecting extracted component as well as maintaining high pressure. Carbon di oxide is most conveniently used as a carrier SCF with built in jacketed coolant circulator for quick conversion to Supercritical fluid. Preparative SFC pump for flow rate up to as high as 120 ml. per minute. The same can be enhanced upto more than 200 ml/minute by addition of one more SFC pump. Synchronized collection of upto eight components is possible with sophisticated fraction collector. Jasco SFE can be converted to Reaction monitoring system with the help of window mounted reaction vessel and and attached video CCTV camera.
